ADE & wrong Adobe ID info

Adobe thinks I am in Morocco! Except for a drive to Montreal Canada in 1973 I have NEVER been outside the US! I can change my password for Adobe ID but not Country! I do not own any Adobe programs  except using ADE 2 for my local library and it will not work!

ADE says my computer is authorized and I can't get rid of that association with Morocco.

You could try talking with Adobe Live Chat: http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html

Alternatively, just give up on that Adobe ID and make yourself another one.

If you want the new one to use your standard email address,

you must first set the email associated with the current one to something different.

(You could probably use an alternative version of your email, such as 'fredbloggs+old@gmail.com'

(I suggest you remove your email from the post, as having it there can encourage spammers)
