flash player install

when i log on to my laptop i have to uninstall flashplayer and then reinstall it. this happens everytime i log on.

ihave windows 7. ihave tried to download flash player 11 it accepts and works ok. then when laptop is turned off and back on again it dissapears. then i have to download again i have tried an earlier version flash 10 but the same thing happens. this has only started in the last week. canyou help. cheers.

What browser do you use?

After you restart Windows, is the add-on still enabled in your browser?
