Help with earlier version

I need an earlier version of Flash Player and instructions on downloading.  The 11.0 version locks my computer and I tried the 10.3 but it also locked the computer.  I have 32 bit windows vista home premium, 2.0 GB ram, 1.80 ghz processor.  I am using Firefox browser. What will work on my computer?

Go to the Older Archives and choose the installer. The zipped folder have "readme.txt" as well with instructions.

Ideally its recommended to have the latest version installed.
