Well let's make sure you are creating and sending the email campaigns correctly. Follow the directions here:

That should help you understand sending email campaigns on BC. If you still aren't receiving the test emails, first, double check that it's not in another folder on your email account. Sometimes if you are using a google account as the "sender" and send yourself a test which is using the same email address it could be in the "Sent" folder. Or-- sometimes the email could end up in your "Spam" folder. Check that it's not in any other folders first. If you still don't receive the email there's a chance that your email isn't setup on BC correctly. The easiest setup is to make sure your domain and dns records are hosted at BC by using their nameservers for your domain (ns1.worldsecuresystems.com) but you could be setup where the domains records are hosted externally along with your email-- in that case you might also need to add to your existing SPF record or create a new SPF record on your domain saying it's ok for your BC site to send mail out. If you have externally hosted DNS and you think your email campaign is setup fine, then here's a forum thread where you can learn about SPF records and how to add them to your domain.
