Why doesn't Adobe flash Player include and UNinstall for older version so there is not a conflict?

There were no "existing versions" IN USE.  However there is one dormant on laptop system.

Also why is  there "FLASH PLAYER" and SHOCKWAVE?

Yes, one would think an Uninstaller would completely uninstall a product and not have multiple manual steps.
