cant install adobe flash ply says successful but when i go 2 play video or game says install adobe f

Each time I install adobe flash player it says sucessful but when i try and play video it again says u must install adobe flash player tried over abd over again at least 20 times had other people try same thing am at wits end can someoone please help me
