Can't open RoboHelp help

Hi, I have installed RoboHelp X5 for the first time and for some reason, I can't get the help to appear. It works from the startup page but once I have opened a project, the 'Help->Contents and Index' option doesn't display anything. There is a sort of flashing as though something is happening but it doesn't appear. I am having to delve into the program files and access it that way which is fine but it worries me that something is wrong with my system.
Am I being daft?

Hi HH,

you are a victim of Airplane help
Simply change your settings to view the local help
Tools - Options - General tab
Select the Use Offline help option.

Sounds like you need to go into the Tool | Options menu item and select the "Use Offline Help" option. It is unset by default which attempts to access the help via the web.
