1. Re: Why do I have to accept agreement each time I open a CC program?
David__B Jun 25, 2013 4:21 PM (in response to blackfrogphotos)Hi Blackfrogphotos,
What operating system are you using? It sounds like the acceptance change isn't getting saved. Does the account you are using have administrative rights?

blackfrogphotos Jun 25, 2013 4:26 PM (in response to David__B)Hi Dave,
Thanks for your reply!
I'm running Win 7 Pro and my user account is definitely an admin user. I agree that it seems that the acceptance change isn't getting saved, however, there's no account based reason for it from what i could imagine.

David__B Jun 25, 2013 4:45 PM (in response to blackfrogphotos)Hi Jamie,
A couple things to test:
- Try launching the app by right clicking and choosing Run as Administrator
- Try disabling User Account Control
Turn off User Account Control

David__B Jun 25, 2013 4:46 PM (in response to David__B)or
Disable and Turnoff UAC in Windows 7 from Control Panel1. Access User Control Panel from Start Menu -> Control Panel -> User Accounts and Family Safety -> User Account
2. Click on User Account Control settings link.
3. Move the Slider to Never Notify
4. Click OK to make the change effective
5. Reboot.

5. Re: Why do I have to accept agreement each time I open a CC program?
blackfrogphotos Jun 25, 2013 4:56 PM (in response to David__B)UAC has been disabled since OS install. Running as admin may or may not be the issue. But accepting the agreement after running as admin may have made a difference as I'm not getting the accept agreement atm. I'm going to monitor this for the next 24 hours and see if that's the issue fixed (I hope!). If not I'll repost.
Thanks!

blackfrogphotos Jun 26, 2013 3:51 PM (in response to David__B)No luck. I didn't have any issues for most of the day with Photoshop, but then I went to open Illustrator and had to agree to the service agreement again... Any more ideas?
