Rebuilding a v2002 project using X5?

Hey now..
I'm stuck with a project output that is currently used by my company.
The guy who build the webhelp used Rh2002 (which is okay..) but didn't leave any project files or backups and left the company (which kinda sucks)... : (

Now, years later, my company would like to edit to content of this output.
Is there a way to rebuild the Rh2002 project files using X5?
If not, is there a way to rebuild the Rh2002 project files using Rh2002 ?
If not, could anyone point me the 2,3 outputed files to edit in order to modify the content of the outputed TOC?
