How do I install Flash Player when I get a message to close Internet Explorer???

You can download offline installer for Flash Player from here : http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_hea...

Before you run the installer, make sure Internet Explorer is closed.
