To be able to install the latest update to Adobe Flash Player I have to indicate that I have read and agree with the terms of the license agreement.
I tried following the link, it directs me to a page with a huge list of documents.
It took me a while to figure out which version I was installing (11.7, it is displayed in the Installer's window title).
When I clicked on the 11.x document link, however, I got a document I could not read (I assume it is in Arabic):
