I've a Sony Camcorder connected, which works fine with 'Connect' but Presenter cannot see it.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Camcorder is not yet supported with Adobe Presenter.

Kindly use a USB web camera. That should work fine.

Regards,

I'm having the same issue with Presenter 9 running on Windows VMware on my iMac.  The camera worked fine with Presenter 7. The iMac camera is a web-cam.

Any thoughts on a work-around?
