i cannot get flashplayer to load past 50%

I start download get to 50% and it says close internet explorer

which I do and it canot or does not start..

just goes nowhere

I have the same problem. Even though I have quit Firefox. Rebooted and forced Firefox to quit, the error message I get from Adobe is to close Firefox. Very frustrating, but I am sure it will get fixed!
