Index links in Chrome/Safari

We have a problem with our index pages in RH10 in Chrome and Safari. Basically index items that have two pages linked to them are not displaying the multiple options that they should be. They are not showing any options on hover over. Its working fine in IE9 and Firefox but not the other two.

I am at a complete loss on this one......

I just created a new project and it works fine with Chrome. I haven't tested Safari as I don't have it on this machine and Safari on a PC is not supported, only on iOS.

Try a new project with just a few topics and see if that works.
