I can not download Adobe Premiere Elements 11

I can not download Adobe Premiere Elements 11 which I just paid for online. The Adobe website tells me I need Internet Explorer 4 or higher. I have version 10 IE. How do I get my download?

This question pops up frequently in these forums. It's a known issue with IE10 and Adobe's website.

The Adobe download manager seems to confuse IE10 for IE1 and thinks IE10 is out of date.

You can either use Compatibility View in  IE10 and switch to IE9.

Or use a different browser to download.
