Hi,

I'm trying to install Presenter 9, 32 Bit, on my Windows 8 PC with PowerPoint 2013.

During install, I get an "installation failed" error (after agreeing Terms and Conditions + about 20 seconds).  Error is pasted here. Can anyone help?

Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

Which version of MS Powerpoint 2013 are you using (32bit or 64bit)

Do you see Adobe Presenter option in menu bar when you launch MS Powerpoint 2013 ? (After installation)

Thanks,

Vikram

Hi,

Try installing presenter 32bit  for office 32 bit and presenter 64 bit for office 64 bit.

Office 2013 64 bit is not supported for the presenter 9 .

Thanks,

Sunil

Ah ha - yes my mistake I'm using 64 bit Powerpoint from Office 365.

I don't want to change to 32 bit, so I'll have to go and buy iSpring instead, sorry.

Thanks for your help,

Tim
