Password help

I  need to update Flash player on my Mac as it keeps telling me 'blocked plug ins" but when I put my password in it keeps  telling me that my password is incorrect but I know that it is not. Any help please. I can log into the Adobe site ok but not to install the Flash player.

Hi,

Use your Mac system user name and password that you use for logging in to your Mac machine. Note that is not any Adobe-related ID or the Apple ID (used for purchases on Apple Store).
