Installing flash player on windows 8

I am trying to install flash player on my windows 8 64 bit and it doesnt seem to be working.

Videos dont work on desktop mode and modern mode becuase it says I need to update my flash player.

On the abode site it said I needed to enable flash player by going to manage add ons but that didnt work.

Any one have any solutions.?

Flash Player on Windows 8 is updated through Windows Update.
