when i get a e-mail with youtube in it i cant open you tube, the screen comes up red square white arrow, i click on it up comes a message black screen an error has occurred please try again. also if i go to google youtube something it may open but usally up comes the same message a error has occured please try again later.this just started 3 weeks ago.
