invoice customize with CRM_id and more

Not sure how to get the CRM ID into your invoice but you can add the custom CRM form data to your invoice layout by following these directions: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2217

This used to work but when I just tried to follow the directions on my own I think the dropdown to select your CRM forms is broken on BC. I don't see any of my custom CRM fields when following the directions in the link above. Furthermore, when I choose "All CRM forms" it doesn't do anything either when it's supposed to insert all my CRM form fields into a page.

Can you try following those directions and let me know if you experience the same bug with inserting custom CRM forms through the module manager into a page?

I'll add it to the BC Bugs & Errors thread if you can replicate the same error I'm getting on the two sites I tried it on.
