I just finished making a tribute to youtube video that features about 180 different youtube videos. The frame rates vary betwee 23.97, 25, 29.96, 30 etc. I created the sequence as 720p 23.97. When I did my final export I selected 29.96 as the frame rate because it seemed like this was the most common of all the video. Will adobe make the necesary adjustments or have I rendered a video that will be "less smooth" than if I had matched my sequence setting of 23.97. I guess what I'm asking is, does it matter?
Usually the best option is same output as input especially with framerate.
You probably need to set Frame Blending on in the export settings.
So this one is going to be trial and error.
You can easily change sequence settings by making a new one and copy/paste everything into.
