I have tried your suggestions...I have IE10...I have uninstalled flash player and downloaded flash player 11.8 from your site...when I open manage add-ons flash is not displayed...in addition...when I check, the plug-in has not been downloaded...why doesn’t it download and install with flashplayer? also “manage add-ons” is grayed with the disabled sign...how do I fix this...also...do I have to download the plug in separately?

For IE you only need the ActiveX Control; the plugin is for other browsers like Firefox.
