problems with mac book

i cant figure out why it wont download. it says download complete but then when i go to use youtube it still wont work. i repeatidly downloaded flash player, looked up on the website if your having issues and still wont work

I'm having the same problem on mine, and it's a MacBook Pro

There's more to it than just downloading a file.

When File Download dialog box appears, click Save File.

Locate the downloaded file and double-click to mount the disk image.

Double-click Install Adobe Flash Player.

Agree by Clicking Open.

Enter Name and Password and click OK.
