Can you remotely install the new FlashPlayer for me?

I cannot install this new version...will it do it automatically at some point since I have Windows 8 already?

I've read and heard that Windows 8 comes with Flash already installed, but.... My three week old Toshiba laptop, and my brothers HP, which we took out of the box yesterday... didn't have it.

I downloaded the full installer and put it on, as part of my setup "ritual" (Reader, FP, Shockwave, AIR, Quicktime, Firefox, VLC Player).
