Why is CS6 standard now CS6 Extended Trial?

Ok, I know there was an issue with this some time back, which fortunately I had no problem with. I purchased CS6 in May of 2012 and have used it since on two Macs. I had a new Mac arrive in the studio on last Friday so Monday I deactivated the version on my desktop intending to use CS5 on there, have CS6 on the new computer and leave CS6 on my MacBook Pro that I use out of studio. Finally got all sorted out, all software, apps, etc. set where I wanted them and was good to go. This evening I decided to change up and deactivate the CS6 on the MacBook Pro and reactivate it on the old desk top. Mind you, I went into my Adobe account on Monday and downloaded my CS6 from my account and had no issues on the NEW computer. When I clicked on the app to open and reactivate it, it had somehow become CS6 Extended Trial version. This was not a download. This was my app that has been on my computer and used every day for over a year. I fully anticipated just reactivating is per usual.   I am not nor am I interested in the cloud, haven't downloaded any trials and don't have a clue?  I tried a chat line with Adobe and got nowhere. Any ideas??

All trials are Extended version.  THe final version is decided by serial number.  If you type in your serial number it should show standard version.

Thanks Curt, I am now aware of that. My question was that on Monday when I downloaded the app from my account to my new computer it opened and required activation in  a normal manner. I have gone on and activated this "trial version"  using my key and all is good. But what the HE Double Hockey Sticks would turn my app that has been on my computer for over a year and used daily into a trial version when I deactivate it??? I guess this must have been accomplished by Adobe in one of their updates and I guess I just didn't know it, but when I saw this and Adobe wouldn't let me log into my account because my IP address was changed by the wifi on the new computer, I was just a bit annoyed. Got it all straightend out via chat in the nether regions after giving my blood type, hairs of first born and promise of all future revenues. At that point I was advised about the IP. Just a very tired and unhappy camper right now!  LOL
