Distributing Acrobat PDF Portfolio file on DVD

Distributing Acrobat PDF Portfolio file on DVD. Flash Player is required for first use. Some of our customers do not have internet access. Is there a way I can include the correct Flash Player with the DVD? Using Acrobat XI, version 11.0.3. Windows.
