More troubleshooting for downloading flash player for safari

I have tried installing it and it shows as completed but then I go to watch videos and it says I need to downlaod Adobe Flash Player. I have used their unintall program and reintalled and restarted my compluter as well as following the other troubleshooting tips on the site and nothing has worked, help please!

Download the offline installer here

Quit Safari (Cmd+Q)

Go to: Mac HD/Library/internet Plugins

Trash the Flash Player.plugin file from there

Go to: Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Trash the Flash Player folder from there

Empty the trash

Mount the DMG (double click) and install Flash Player

Relaunch Safari and you should be good to go
