Auto downloads

I want to know how to turn off the auto download for adobe.

The auto download is annoying and if I wish to update, I will do so in my own time.

The auto update for flash player is so annoying and takes so much time out of the bootup. I just want to turn it off.

Any Ideas?

You can set your update preferences in the Flash Player Settings Manager.
