I resently purchased an Iview e-reader for my wife. I plugged it into my laptop with Adobe Digital Editions opened. I clicked on register device and it appeared as RK book. I dropped some books into the reader and checked ereader and books were there, but when I tried to open a book I got a message "Loan info is wrong". cheched and time/date on reader and is correct. There is a quick guide on the ereader which said to go to adobe.com/cfusion/membership/index.cfm?loc=zh_cn&nf=1&n1=1 to register an Adobe ID, but this site is either Chinese or Japanese. Also I already have an ID for Digital Editions for my other reader. Do I need 2 copies of Digital Editions (one each) or do I need toget one every time I plug in a different e-reader?? I just tried downloading with a different library log in with the same result "Loan info is wrong". Any ideas??

It sounds as if you have done the right thing.
You can certainly have a single copy of ADE run with multiple eReaders,
as long as they are all three (computer plus two devices) registered with the same Adobe ID, and you only have one eReader device plugged in at a time.
(I'm not sure what happens with multiple devices plugged in at once).
There are bugs with ADE2.0 and some eReaders.
There are lots of bugs in ADE2.0. Try replacing ADE2.0 with the older but more reliable v1.7.2.
(You can have them both installed at once if you like.)
Version 1.7.2, it is a little difficult to find, available on Adobe site for Windows and for Mac.
