Flash Builder don't see my Android 4.1.2 device

Hi i'm the proud user of the new HTC one and i'm also a proud flash developer !

Unfortunatly i can't debug my application on my HTC one device (with the debug mode enabled of course )

But on my old HTC desire device i don't have this issue.

Someone can tell me how to open the eyes of Flash Builder 4.7

I've the same on android 4.2 with debug mode enabled and hidden debug options activate .

Anyone ?
