Using RH 9 on win 7.
Publishing to MS HTML Help (CHM) primary layout. HTML Help Option, click Advanced settings>Edit. Under ToC Styles tab, Custom image file. I browsed to a 16x16 px green colored BMP image. Selected 16 for "Width of icon".
The problem is, when i generate the chm file, the topic icons are gray not colored (as original BMP image). In other words, it is the correct image, but ugly grayscale.
What can I do so the image color is correct in generated CHM?
One additional bit of information is the topics still show the standard ToC image in ToC view in robohelp (#1 image in ToC topic properties image drop-down)
