The machine is a window xp using adobe presenter and will install because powerpoint is not install but is install.  Some of the blog suggest updating flash player to 9.

 

It this is not case can you find some one who can address the problem

Try installing presenter 32bit for the office 32bit and  presenter 64 bit  for office 64bit.
