1. Log out of Creative cloud and then log back in.
2. Right click on the Creative cloud Icon and run as administrator and check if you see those apps as installed.
You can also try uninstalling Adobe creative cloud desktop and then reinstall it.
To reinstall you can login to www.creative.adobe.com, go to 'download center' and then download Adobe creative cloud.

OK, I had to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud desktop.
Now, it's the reverse of what I had before: it says all the files I listed above are NOT installed, and the rest of them which were shown as not installed it is showing as up to date. It's like it's been toggled with the uninstall/reinstallnbAny other ideas?
