It is hidden by default, therefore you may need to enable 'Show hidden files, folders, and drives' option in Windows Explorer (or just type the full path in the Address Bar).

Had to open Terminal and paste
defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles YES
to show all hidden files, (the library folder in my user folder was hidden)
user/library/application support/adobe/common/red/Thanks Fuzzy!
