I had a problem where flash player suddenly disappeared from my laptop.  I have tried reinstalling flash player 11.  When you go into  control panel and look in programs it shows it there,  but  the computer doesnt recognise it anywhere else. Everything i do stated i need to update/load flash player.  What am i doing wrong?  have tried everything that i can see and understand.

Any help would be most helpful

Thank you
