IE10 on Windows 8 comes with Flash Player preinstalled; you don't need to install it.  See http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-issues-windows-8.html

When trying to install multiple pictures or play on "luminosity" it says I have to install the latest version
