Flash player for ios

When is Flash Player going to be available for my ipad? I can't watch videos on my ipad because I need Flash player and there is not version for ios.  I have to go to my computer to watch them.

In a word (or 2)... it ISN'T.

Apple and Adobe WILL NEVER collaborate on a Flash Player version for ANY iOS device, be it iPhone, iPad, or whatever runs iOS.
