I am out of patience!

I have been trying for almost 36 hours to install Adobe Flash Player (Crash player?) and nothing has worked. I don't know if I should uninstall all Adobe products AND Firefox and rre-install or what to do.Can I get some help here?

I don't have the rest of the week to devote to this!

Does it show in your FF add-ons?

I could not (even) find the Firefox orange item to click on to get to the Add-Ons, much less to get to the point you have shown. Call me stupid (I can be a little short tempered when I think I know what I am doing only to find that I am completely lost which is what happened here). Where / How do I get to that point?
