Cannot program the new flash player

My printer is a Brothers DCP 375CW and I am unable to program the new flashplayer because I would have to remove Brccmctl. I would appreciate it if you could assist me.

I don't understand. What do you mean by "program"?

You don't need to "remove" Brccmctl; just close it.  See How to close Internet Explorer and other programs running on Windows?
