Flash Player not installing

I have tried to download flash player several times. Each time I get a message that "Installation Encountered Errors" "Actionlist not found". I went to the support and followed the instructions to right clickon the install.pkg. Went to "Contents - Resources". There was no .pkg file in there. Please help.

Please try downloading offline installer for Adobe Flash Player (MAC) : http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/mac/install_flash_player_11_osx.d...

Save the installer and then run it.
