How do I set up a pdf form to submit from a website

We are trying to set up a document to be completed on our website and to then be submitted via email to our email address.  Now my question is do we need to link the actual document on our website.

Do you have access to web forms?

People fill out forms which go into your CRM and emails you with BC. Depends on the plan you have as well.
