As soon as I click with the PowerPoint 2007 Presenter 8 plug in to open and save, I get an error message.

"Adobe Presenter has encountered while working on this presentation, an unexpected problem. Save your work in a new file and then restart PowerPoint."

I can do what I want but the problem always comes back.

Has someone an idea what the problem is?

Greetings Melanie

Hello,

Same problem for me today. It was triggered when I tried to use the quiz tools. I began to access the ribbon tools.

I am running Windows 7, PPT 2010 and Presenter 8.0.1 build 260

Hello,

So I ran into this problem again, so I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del and went to switch user...I logged into the same machine as a different user...and I was able to complete the same task, on the same file, on the same machine, but as a different user.

What gives? Any ideas? - How can this fact help me to correct the issue with my primary logon?
