Trouble with installing Flash Player update.

I have tried several times to update Flash Player and I keep getting the message I have to be the administrator.  I am the administrator!  I am not with a business, this is a home computer even if it is Win 7 professional.  What do I need to do to get the latest update installed?  I'm not a computer geek.  🙂
