how to close svchost?

downloads to 50% and then tells me to close svchost and i dont know which one there talking about.

You don't want to close svchost. It can shut down your whole OS and then you have to "pull the plug" to shut down the PC. When you reboot, it may or may not be stable.

Reboot and run the appropriate installer. You should see no errors about shutting anything down.
