I have installed the latest version of adobe flash player, and enabled it in firefox, but both video and audio stop and start, and sometimes freeze during playback.  It happens more in fullscreen.

Download the Adobe Flash Player offline installer directly by clicking the following link.

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Then perform a "clean install" per the instructions here: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315

If the problem persists, it could be a connection issue (NIC) or video issue. Do the clean install and if you need, get back to us here.
