I cannot install Flash Player

I have tried to download the Flash Player a dozen times and Every time the site says I have successfuly downloaded the Flash Player it still doesn't work. So I try doing it again.

So the last try I followed site instructtions about "enabling scripting etc, etc. Then again downloaded F/P, got an affirmative that it downloaded and Installed and guess what....it still doesn't work.
