SG... Jul 31, 2013 12:39 AM (in response to SickofCreativeCloud2)Hi,
You need to make sure you're signed in at the creative.adobe.com site, then go to:
https://creative.adobe.com/products/photoshop
Once there (or at any of the products that have a version CS6 installer) go to the selector just below "In this version'.

SickofCreativeCloud2 Jul 31, 2013 12:58 AM (in response to SG...)This is very helpful, thank you. Though, I BELIEVE I am logged in and I don't see a selector. Do you mind telling me exactly how to log in, so I can be sure?

SG... Jul 31, 2013 1:16 AM (in response to SickofCreativeCloud2)Hi,
If you go to the upper right and click on the siloutte icon, do you see your AdobeID? If you do, go to the My Account link and click on that. What plan information does it show? I don't believe we show the Ps CS6 download option for the Free membership plan.
If it is the case that you are using the Free membership plan and want to check out the 30 CS6 trials, you'll find them here:

SickofCreativeCloud2 Jul 31, 2013 10:50 PM (in response to SG...)...Doesn't having to pay for a free trial seem unfair? Either way, I thank you for your help. Just to be sure, on the files on those links virus free? And after I download them, how would I use them to get the trial? I apologize for all of the questions, but I just want to make sure I actually like the program before I spend over $500 on it.

6. Re: How do I switch versions from CC to CS6?
SG... Aug 1, 2013 12:04 AM (in response to SickofCreativeCloud2)Hi,
The files are hosted and distributed from Adobe servers and are virus free. The downloads are full installers that run as fully functioning trials which stop launching 30 days after the first launch (unless you enter a serial number or use an AdobeID with a subscription plan). IOW, the same distribution works for trial and purchased installs.
I'm not sure why we don't include the CS6 versions for trial in a more discoverable place, but will bring it up.
regards,
steve

7. Re: How do I switch versions from CC to CS6?
SickofCreativeCloud2 Aug 1, 2013 1:14 AM (in response to SG...)I thank you for bringing it up.
I have Windows 8, so I assume I need to download the windows file(s) instead of the Mac OS X file. Since I have to download two files, do I have to combine them? Or do I get the trial directly after getting both files?
