How do I install flash 11.1 on a windows 8 laptop?

Make sure it isn't already there as I just got a new computer myself and it was already pre-loaded on Windows 8. On your tool bar go to Tools> Manage Add-Ons, and make sure the Shockwave Flash Object is enabled.

Do you have any specific need for this old version? The latest version of flash player is 11.8
