1. Re: Problem with Premiere Pro CC - destroyed clips after re-opening a project
Mark Mapes Jul 30, 2013 9:23 AM (in response to maguephoto)If you're working with multicam sequences, then it sounds like you're running into an issue that was fixed in update 7.0.1.
This is the main thread on that issue: http://forums.adobe.com/message/5548970#5548970. For some users, the fix has redeemed sequences bitten by the bug.
If you're not editing multicam sequences or you already have 7.0.1 installed, then please provide more info about the nature of your sequences, merged clips, etc.

GraphiteGal636 Aug 1, 2013 12:32 AM (in response to maguephoto)Did you try loading a backup project?
I have had a couple of similar issues in PPro and doing this helped me. After all the project doesn't actually contain the media just links to it with In/Out point markers and other related Metadata.
It doesn't sound as though your media is becoming corrupted as you can reuse it so the problem does sound like a glitch with writing out the project information. Try the backup files.
