    Cannot first time open Adobe SENDNOW

      I Verifying email received. When I click on GET STARTED NOW, SendNow opens up on a new page in y browser. However, it instantaneously darkens and the 'Veryfy by email"

      instruction pops up again. When clicking the green Cancel button, new message arrives: Verify Your Email Address to Activate Your Subscription. How do I get out of this viscious circle?

          Hi Don

          Can you send your Adobe ID to to sendnow_feedback@adobe.com

           

          When you created your Adobe ID you would have received an email with the subject "Verify Your Email Address with Your Adobe Acrobat.com Service"

          This email contains a link for you to confirm your Email Address.

          Can you check your spam folder to see if this email got caught by your spam filter?

          If you have not received the email you can always get it resent by logging into SendNow and selecting the 'Resend Email' on the Verify your email dialog.
